So yesterday was my 4th day without facebook and I have to say I feel more calm. I am able to keep up with those I want to keep up with facebook messenger so I don't really feel isolated.
My 3rd day without facebook is ending and I feel very good about it. People I needed to get in touch with I was able to via facebook messenger and/or email.
Well it is really the beginning of the 28th since it is 12:52am but I consider this the end of the 27th since I have not gone to bed yet.
